Notice how he never goes after the Greg Odens or Michael Beasleys in a senior class.  He prefers building a team to a centerpiece for an individual star, although he certainly has the clout to chase for a guy like that.</description>

					<description>I'm a Rowdy Reptile three years running now.

I have to say that I was happy to see Speights go.  I thought he was clueless on both side of the ball, a little lazy, and frankly, intimidated by any player close to his size.

But he was quite talented, no one doubts that.

Billy seems to thrive on kids with B grade talent and A grade work ethic.  Speights was the opposite, that's all i'm saying.</description>
