Yeah, we beat the spread -- a 23-point victory.

I predicted more offense, but I wasn't too far off on the amount of points we'd beat the 'Canes by.

I was off on the total offense by both teams, but that also means I underestimated our defense.

The more I reflect on this win the more I like it. Our offense was clearly having a terrible night and still put up 26 points (should have been 30, frankly), and meanwhile our defense pitches a near shut-out.

Remember, we had a pretty anemic offense in 2006, and we won it all. Defense wins championships. Let's not lose sight of what we have so far defensively, which looks really good. They've given up 13 total points in 2 games -- only one TD.

When teams like this play against each other, you never really know what could happen, but I have to believe this should be a big win for the Gators. Just can't see Miami stopping Florida's offense.

Wow, GP...

29 pts?

I dunno about that...

I'm thinkin' it's easily a two TD or less game in a Gator win...

Or less than seven in a UCG upset special...
